At Speedup Pickleball, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you encounter a manufacturing defect with your paddle, here’s how we handle it.

Warranty Coverage

2026 Warranty Coverage

All paddles purchased in 2026 are backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering verified manufacturing defects.

Pre-2026 Purchases

Paddles purchased prior to 2026 are covered under a 90-day warranty from the original purchase date.

Replacement Guarantee

Paddles with verified manufacturing defects will be replaced at no additional cost, subject to the terms outlined below.

Inspection

All warranty claims are subject to review. Speedup Pickleball reserves the right to inspect the paddle and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect. Replacements are issued only after verification.

Return Timeframe

For paddles purchased in 2026: claims must be submitted within 1 year of the purchase date.

For paddles purchased before 2026: claims must be submitted within 90 days of the purchase date.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a paddle for warranty evaluation or replacement.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Misuse or abuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorized modifications

Replacement Limit

Each purchased paddle is eligible for one replacement under this warranty.

Original Purchaser

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Return Policy

At Speedup Pickleball, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your paddle isn’t the right fit, we offer the following return options.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return your paddle within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

Extended Return Window

If the paddle is unused and in its original packaging, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Shipping & Handling

All shipping and handling costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Original Purchaser

Refunds may only be issued to the original purchaser.
