Warranty Policy

At Speedup Pickleball, we stand by the quality of our products. If you encounter a manufacturing defect with your paddle, here's our commitment to you:

Replacement Guarantee: Paddles with verified manufacturing defects will be replaced at no additional cost.

Inspection: We reserve the right to inspect and determine the validity of any claimed defects. Only upon verification will a replacement be issued.

90-Day Window: To be eligible for a replacement, the paddle must be returned within 90 days from the purchase date.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to returning a paddle under this warranty.

Exclusions: Damages resulting from misuse or abuse are not covered under this warranty.

Replacement Limit: Each purchased paddle is eligible for a single replacement under this policy.

Original Purchaser: This warranty applies exclusively to the original buyer of the paddle.

Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim:

  • Email us at speeduppickle@gmail.com OR use our contact page. 
  • Use the subject: WARRANTY CLAIM.
  • In your email, provide:
    • Original purchaser's name
    • Order number
    • Original purchase date
    • Shipping address
    • Description of the defect or reason for the replacement request

Return Policy

At Speedup Pickleball, we're committed to ensuring you love our products. If you're not entirely satisfied with your paddle, we're here to help with our straightforward return policy:

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you don't like the paddle, you can return it within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

Extended Return Window: If the paddle remains unused and in its original packaging, we'll gladly accept returns and offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping & Handling: All associated shipping and handling costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

Original Purchaser: Refunds can only be processed for purchases made by the original purchaser.
